Visalia Transit Center
Located in the heart of Downtown Visalia, the Visalia Transit Center is the main hub for Visalia Transit’s 13 fixed-bus routes. Serving Visalia, Farmersville, Exeter, Goshen, and Tulare, Visalia Transit provides convenient travel to and from neighborhoods, major shopping centers, local schools, medical offices, and work sites. At the Transit Center, Visalia Transit connects with V-LINE, Sequoia Shuttle, Tulare InterModal Express, Tulare County Area Transit, Kings Area Regional Transit, Greyhound, Orange Belt, and Amtrak.
At Visalia Transit Center, passengers can purchase V-LINE multi-ride punch passes, apply for Senior/Disabled I.D. cards, pick up transit guides, and get other transit-related information. The main administrative offices for the City of Visalia, Transit Division, which operates Visalia Transit, V-LINE, Sequoia Shuttle, and Greenline, are located at the Transit Center, as well. Visalia Municipal Airport
By request only, on trips from Fresno to Visalia. Be sure to let your driver know you need to stop here. Visalia Municipal Airport is located near the intersection of Highways 99 and 198 and is a convenient stop location for Tulare County residents. The Visalia Airport offers free short and long-term parking for up to ten days, making it a great place to leave a vehicle before boarding your flight or V-LINE. V-LINE picks up at the airport main terminal, right in front of baggage claim.
Fresno Yosemite International Airport
Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FYI) provides safe, convenient non-stop air service connections for business and leisure travelers. With eight air carriers providing non-stop service to ten domestic and international destinations, FYI is the largest, closest, and only self-sufficient international airport serving residents of the Central San Joaquin Valley.
V-LINE’s drop-off / pick-up location is in the center island outside of the Departures area, just east of the baggage claim area. Look for the orange and blue V-LINE sign near the YARTS pick-up locations. Please note that V-LINE cannot drop passengers off at their individual airline check-in counters. California State University, Fresno
Fresno State is one of the 23 campuses in the California State University system, one of the largest systems for higher education in the world. Annual student enrollment is more than 24,000 and approximately 5,000 students completed work for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees by Commencement 2016. Fresno State offers a wide range of degree options in all of its academic schools and divisions.
By stopping at Fresno State, V-LINE is expanding access to education for residents of Visalia and its surrounding areas that are unable to drive into Fresno. The V-LINE stop is located at the end of Maple Avenue, just north of Shaw Avenue, which is near the Kremen School of Education and the center of the campus. Courthouse Park
One of Fresno’s main transit transfer centers, Courthouse Park is located in Downtown Fresno adjacent to local and state government centers. Look for the V-LINE stop on Fresno Street, near the south side of Courthouse Park.
From Courthouse Park, V-LINE passengers can connect to one of FAX’s 16 fixed-routes and easily access medical, entertainment, education, and other destinations throughout Fresno.
